Purchase and remodel an existing building:
Building Price: $500,000 to $750,000
Renovate Cost: $200,000 to $300,000
To construct a new building:
Land Purchase (30,000-40,000 sq ft): $250,000 to $350,000
Building Cost (6,000-8,000 sq ft): $1,000,000 to $1,250,000
