Since 1987, Serenity Place has been providing facilities for the recovering community. As with many such facilities/clubs, the rents from the meetings only partially cover the operating expenses of the club. The remaining funds have come from the extraordinary generosity of our members. Please consider carefully the amount that you can provide, and remember your donation is tax-deductible. Retrofit existing building:
Building Price: $500,000 to $750,000
Renovate Cost: $200,000 to $300,000
Build new building:
Land Purchase (30,000-40,000 sq ft): $250,000 to $350,000
Building Cost (6,000-8,000 sq ft): $1,000,000 to $1,250,000
